Another terrific kid activity we did was go tour the Irish National Stud Farm in Kildare. It's where race horses are bred. We were able to see foals that were just a couple weeks old. They LOVED Sophie - each would come right up to her and be as curious about her as she was about them. Sophie was super excited about the horses, running around squealing, "Neigh Neigh Neigh!" the whole time.
